Derek + Katie | Philadelphia Museum of Art Engagement Session

These two were seriously the sweetest for their engagement session at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. We met up on one of the 70 degree February days we had this month, and there were people everywhere. I love when couples are fine with posing with tons of people around! You can hardly even tell.

One of my favorite things to do when looking at old photos is to look at the people in the background and see what they are wearing / what was popular at the time the photo was taken. This is especially true for my grandparents photos, and even our Disney pictures from a trip in 2000. It’s just fun to see the trends in the background. I may be one of the only people in the world that does this, but my point of this is just to say thats why I left them all in the photos closer to the end of this post! I easily could have cropped them out, but they’re part of the story.

On the topic of stories.. these two have the cutest one! They met at college in Illinois, and then moved here to Philly, but she is from Missouri and he is from Seattle. Wishing you guys all the best for your upcoming wedding!
